Please note: Here is a list of items that are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged...
*Items marked as: Vintage, Sunglasses, Swimwear, Intimates, Furniture & all Sale items
Items bought at our sister store; Swindlers, cannot be exchanged or returned on this website and likewise, items bought online from Swindle My Soul cannot be returned or exchanged in store, unless otherwise instructed.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or a store credit, please email us within 7 days to start the process.
1. Contact us at email@example.com and a return label will be sent to you free of charge. (Please allow 72 hours for processing).
2. Please title your email “EXCHANGE.”
If you wish to return our item for a REFUND, you but must meet requirements listed below.
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item & start the return process.
2. To return your item(s) for money back, you must provide & pay for your own return shipping costs.
3. Send all returns to 6001 N Camino Miraval Tucson, AZ 85718.
4. A refund will be issued within 14 days upon receiving your return package and can only be issued in the form of your original payment method.
5. Please title your email “RETURNS”
* All returned or exchanged items will be inspected once received in house. They must be unworn, undamaged & with original tags (if there are any).
We fully inspect every item before they are shipped so it is not likely, but in the event you do receive a DAMAGED item please contact us immediately. Send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contacted you within 72 hours.
