If you wish to EXCHANGE an item for a different size or a store credit, please email us within 7 days to start the process. Contact us at email@example.com and a return label will be sent to you free of charge. (Please allow 72 hours for processing). Please title your email “EXCHANGE.”
If you wish to return our item for a REFUND, you but must meet requirements listed below.
If you are unhappy with a purchase, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item & start the return process. If you wish to RETURN your item(s) for money back, you must provide & pay for your own return shipping costs. Send all returns to 6001 N Camino Miraval Tucson, AZ 85718. A refund will be issued within 14 days upon receiving your return package and can only be issued in the form of your original payment method. Please title your email “RETURNS”
* All returned or exchanged items will be inspected once received in house. They must be unworn, undamaged & with original tags (if there are any).
We fully inspect every item before they are shipped so it is not likely, but in the event you do receive a DAMAGED item please contact us immediately. Send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contacted you within 72 hours.
