RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We are proud to have an incredibly low return rate :) But if your items didn't work we are here to help
Please note: Here is a list of items that are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged...
*Items marked as: Vintage, Sunglasses, Swimwear, Intimates, Furniture & all items on sale.
Items bought at our sister store (Swindlers), cannot be exchanged or returned on this website and likewise, items bought online from Swindle My Soul cannot be returned or exchanged in store, unless otherwise instructed.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or a store credit, please email us within 7 days to start the process and we will take care of you :)
You can contact us at email@example.com and a return label will be sent to you free of charge, except for orders that contain shoes. If you wish to exchange a pair of shoes, you must pay the return shipping costs. (Please allow 72 hours for processing).
If you wish to return your item for a refund, email us and we will do our best to accommodate you! Please note you must meet the requirements listed below.
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item & start the return process.
2. You must be willing to pay for your own return shipping costs.
3. Shipping back item must be completed within 10 days of the return approval or your return and refund will be cancelled.
4. Send all returns to 6001 N Camino Miraval Tucson, AZ 85718.
5. A refund will be issued within 14 days upon receiving your return package.
6. Refunds can only be issued in the form of your original payment method.
* All returned or exchanged items will be inspected once received in house. They must be unworn, undamaged & with original tags (if there are any).
We fully inspect every item before they are shipped so it is not likely, but in the event you do receive a damaged item, please contact us asap at firstname.lastname@example.org and please include photos. We will respond within 72 hours.
