RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We are proud to have an incredibly low return rate :) But if your items didn't work we are here to help
Please note: Here is a list of items that are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged...
*Items marked as: Vintage, Sunglasses, Swimwear, Intimates, Furniture & all items on sale.
Items bought at our sister store (Swindlers), cannot be exchanged or returned on this website and likewise, items bought online from Swindle My Soul cannot be returned or exchanged in store, unless otherwise instructed.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or a store credit, please email us within 7 days to start the process and we will take care of you :)
You can contact us at orders@swindlemysoul.com and a return label will be sent to you free of charge, except for orders that contain shoes. If you wish to exchange a pair of shoes, you must pay the return shipping costs. (Please allow 72 hours for processing).
Refunds:
If you wish to return your item for a refund, email us and we will do our best to accommodate you! Please note you must meet the requirements listed below.
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item & start the return process.
2. You must be willing to pay for your own return shipping costs.
3. Shipping back item must be completed within 10 days of the return approval or your return and refund will be cancelled.
4. Send all returns to 6001 N Camino Miraval Tucson, AZ 85718.
5. A refund will be issued within 14 days upon receiving your return package.
6. Refunds can only be issued in the form of your original payment method.
* All returned or exchanged items will be inspected once received in house. They must be unworn, undamaged & with original tags (if there are any).
We fully inspect every item before they are shipped so it is not likely, but in the event you do receive a damaged item, please contact us asap at orders@swindlemysoul.com and please include photos. We will respond within 72 hours.

How do I check the status of an order?
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information via text or email. Note: Your email may be in your spam folder.
How fast is the shipping & fulfillment?
You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped – please allow a couple days for processing. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 15 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship out to you as soon as possible. You can expect to receive a notification that your order has been packed within 1-5 business days.
How much is the shipping?
We are proud to offer free shipping on all US orders, however orders containing shoes will be charged a $7 shipping fee. This is due to increased cost of shipping supplies and because shoe orders are heavier than typical orders.
Orders placed outside the US are subject to other shipping costs and if this is you, we will reach out to you to see if the shipping is within your budget!
Do you ship internationally?
SMS only ships to the United States at this time! If you are international please reach out, we may be able to make an acceptation on a case-by-case basis.
What if my order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, we recommend getting in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if the tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you have not received it, we will NOT take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed or had an incorrect address originally provided.
PAYMENT
I forgot to use a discount code on my order
We understand that these things can happen. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed.
How do I enter a discount code?
To apply your discount, from your shopping cart, hit the "Checkout" button and the discount code section will show beneath your item.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once we have processed your order, we can still make changes up until it is shipped out.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. Please reach out to us if you experience this issue at orders@swindlemysoul.com.
